ABrief Filter Press Operation and Working Manual to Run your Ordered FilterPress

1. Start air-compressor, open supplying-airvalve to delivery air to air-line system of the main-machine.

2. Adjust air-source three-joint-componentto make output-pressure at 0.6Mpa.

3. Check limit-switch of the filter clothand four rectifying-deviation B.C. It is absolutely forbidden to let the unplugstand on the filtration-cloth. Adjust the pressure reducing-pressure valve ofthe rectifying-deviation cylinder to 0.15Mpa. Then adjust the pressure ofreducing-pressure valve of the tightening-tension cylinder to 0.1Mpa if thefiltration-cloth is dry, only after the main-machine has ran for some time andthe filtration-cloth has been moist, you can adjust the air-pressure to0.15-0.3Mpa.

4. Open valve of the water pump and observethe water-perssure meter which should be over 0.25Mpa.

5. Start the main-machine and modulate thefrequency-converter to make the speed of the filter belt satisfy the processrequirement.

6.Adjust unplug position of therectifying-deviation cylinder to make the filtration-cloth be in the axisposition all the time.

7. Start the motor of theagitation-container for mixing drug and liquor to make them even before beingused.

8. Start the motor of the mixer of sludgeand drug.

9. Open valve of the input-sludge pipe,start sludge pump.

10. Open supplying-drug valve ,start themeasure pump

11. Observe whether the sludge removed fromthe input funnel is the best cotton-wadding state.If it’s not, you can adjustthe supplying-dry amount of the measure pump or the supplying-sludge valve.
