membrane filter press is invented from recessed plate filter press and the traditional plate and frame filter press,there are two kinds of filter press plates on the filter press, one is double side recessed chamber filter plate designed,the other one is membrane filter plate,to change a filter press basicly design is from its filter plates,all the chamber filter plates and membrane filter plate are arranged alternatively on the side bars,after membrane squeezing we can get a better result for filter cake moistrue content,we have different membrane materials for different industrial material filtration requirements,such as PP with TPE,rubber and squeezing media are also different,sometimes compressed air,water,even oil ,though different membrane material.different membrane squeezing media,the filter press working principle are the same,that is to change the chamber capacity and squeeze filter cake by force caused by inflation of membranes,here we can see the demostration for the membrane filter press,all the running water are squeezed out by mechanical force only
