The overhead beam filter press have special strong filter press frame design,one overbeam filter press will consist from three parts: overhead beam filter press frame,filter press plate sand overhead beam filter plate moving syste,the filter press frame is the basic of the overhead beam filter press,will support the whole filtering system,there will be overhead beam on the upper part of the frame,and bottom beam at the both side of the filterpress,at the both side of overhead beam there is plate moving system,the filter plate hanging frame on the filter plate both side and will slide on the overhead beam to dump filter cakes after filtering,the plate moving unit will connect with the moving chain which will be driven by electrical motor,by this filter plate moving system,all the filter plate can move on the overhead beam easily, for big size overhead beam filter press, there will be automatic filter cloth washing system to clean all the filter cloth after operation.
