At first, sludge pump will pump the sludge into screw press filter V metering trough, some of sludge will flow back to the sludge tank and the remained sludge will flow into flocculent trough after metering
2. After sludge flow into flocculent reaction trough, the dosing pump will pump flocculent media and mixed it with sludge in uniform way, after reaction, there will be big size flocculent masses which will flow into filtering zone, the filtering zone will be driven by frequency variable motor.
3. The sludge passed by filtering zone will enter thickening zone and separate water with the big flocculent masses,after this zone, the sludge will be delivered to dewatering zone
4. In the dewatering zone, by fixed plate and moving plate movent,there will be increasing pressure from the press screw and between the filt
er chambers to get high dewatering efficiency, and at the same time ,the filter cake will be discharged continuously.
