Chamber filter press is the most popular model among filter presses.Full automatic,semi-automatic filter press sizing based on filtering task requirements.
There are various chamber filter press models available for sizing,but only one will be finalised for operation. All the filter press functions such as filter cloth washing,filter cloth shaking system,filter cloth vibrating system all the system will be added for full automatic filter press and will be decided by the filter press user finally.
The chamber filter press is named from its filter plates,all the filter press plates are double side recessed and on the filter plate surface will be lots of points for filtrate discharging,the filter press cloth will be covered on these surface for filtering,the chamber filter plate center and corners have holes,after pressing all the chamber filter plate together,there will be channels for slurry feeding,washing water inputting and filtrate releasing, both sides of the chamber filter plate will have special handles after all the chamber filter plates are closed by the filter press hydraulic system,the filtration will start.All the slurry will be pushed into every chambers by the filter press pump and filter cloth will do filtration and separate solid and lliquid as soon as possible,after filtering,all the filter cake can be washed by washing water,after dumping and cleaning out all the filter cakes,all the chamber filter plates will be closed and start next filtering cycle again.
