Membranefilter press is also membrane chamber filter press,mixed membrane filter platefilter press or mixed pack membrane filter press

Membranefilter press always used for higher solid content requirement materialfiltering,such as wort(malt mash for beer),palm oil etc.and now lots of sludgedewatering asked for higher and stricter filter cake moisture content due tostrict environmental protecting purpose, these filter cakes calls on the higheryield rate the better,so the best way is to use membrane filter plates tosqueeze all the cakes to get free filtrate out from the cakes and by themechanical squeezing pressure,we can squeeze out the running filtrate outsucessfully

forpalm oil,the stearin oil will be hold in the chambers after filtration,thereare rooms for olein oils to stay,after membrane squeezing,the running oil willbe squeezed out and this will increase the oil yield capacity.

Ifjust use normal chamber filter plates,no squeezing function membrane filterplates,then all the running olein oil need to stay inside the oil cake.

Alsothere are some other materials need to be dried before packing,then we usemembrane squeezing to get less moisture content filter cakes
